Q: “How much will my transfer cost?”
A: To find out how much it costs to send a transfer, follow these quick steps:
Visit the pricing page on our website.
Check that your sending country is correct. This is the country you want to send money from — it appears at the top of the page, next to your language selection. Sending from somewhere else? Open the drop-down menu and select your country.
Next, choose the country you want to send money to.
We’ll display the current exchange rate and fees.

If you’re a new Remitly customer, you might be eligible for a new customer offer that could include a reduced fee or a promotional exchange rate. If you’re eligible, this offer will be automatically applied to your first qualifying transfer.

Q:”How fast can I send money with Remitly? ”
A:The speed of your transfer depends on where you’re sending money and what options you choose. To find out how long your transfer will take:

Open the Remitly app or visit Remitly.com.
Sign in or create a new profile.
Start a new transfer and tell us how much you’d like to send.
We’ll show you the available transfer options.

Q: “What exchange rate will I get?”
A:We offer our best available exchange rates every time you send money. To check the exchange rate, sign in to your profile in the Remitly app or on Remitly.com and start a new transfer.
If you’re a new customer, you might qualify for a promotional exchange rate.

Q:”Why is my exchange rate different than I expected?”
A:If you notice a different exchange rate than the one you expected — or your exchange rate is different than a friend or family member’s — it could be because:

We regularly refresh our exchange rates.
The exchange rate and fees could change depending on the amount you’re sending, where you’re sending to, and the options you select.
New customer offers and offer codes might affect the fee or exchange rate.

Q: “What fees does Remitly charge?”
A:Depending on the options you select, you might pay a fee to send your transfer. Remitly does not charge any fees for recipients.
We’ll show you a detailed overview of your transfer cost before you send — so there are no surprises. To check your fee:

Start a transfer in the app or on Remitly.com.
Enter your recipient’s details, choose a delivery method, and decide how you’d like to pay.
We’ll display the fee and exchange rate in the Transfer summary so you can review them.
If the exchange rate and fee are what you expected, select Send Money to send your transfer on its way.

Note: If you use a credit card to pay for your transfer, your bank or card issuer might charge you an additional fee.

Q: “What discounts and rewards are available?”
A:To thank you for being a Remitly customer, we regularly offer promotions. You might be able to:

Get a new customer offer on your first transfer.
Earn rewards when you refer your friends and family.
Redeem an offer with an offer code.
