Q: “Is my personal information safe with MoneyMatch?”
A: We do not share your personal data for any other reasons unrelated to your transactions, and all our security measures and procedures are in place to help protect your account from any unauthorized access. You can also take a look at our privacy policy to understand further what we do with the information provided.

Q: “Are there limits to how much I can transfer?”
A: Yes. There are minimum and maximum limits for how much you can transfer using MoneyMatch. They depend on what currency you are sending, to whom you are sending to (an individual or a business), and which country you are sending to. You can check our limits in the Transaction Limits article. We will also inform you when you are setting up the transfer.

Q: “Are there any fees charged to the recipient?”
A: Hidden fees should definitely not be something you should be experiencing when using MoneyMatch as we strive to achieve straightforward fee structures.
i) For Native Currency Transfers – We would bear the SWIFT charges involved in the transactions for native currency payout only (e.g. SGD to Singapore, AUD to Australia). If the recipient received less, kindly contact us and Submit a Request for further assistance and indicate your order ID. To help with the investigation process, kindly provide proof where the recipient has received less than intended.
ii) For Non-Native Currency Transfers – However, for non-native currency payout (e.g. USD to Singapore, USD to China), your recipient may not receive the full amount. These transfers may incur an additional fee (imposed and determined by the receiving bank) on top of our regular non-native transaction fee to be borne by the recipient. These charges will be directly deducted from the amount transferred.
